MB Öresund AB is a construction and property-service company based in the Öresund region. We take on everything from single bathroom renovations to ongoing maintenance contracts for housing associations - always with the same straightforward approach: a clear drawing, a clear quote, and craftsmanship that holds up after the final inspection.
We work with our own fixed staff rather than a rotating cast of subcontractors, so the person who writes the quote is the same person who hands over the keys.

Houses and holiday homes - from foundation to move-in ready.
Extensions & conversions
Loft conversions, garages and added floor space, matched to the existing structure.
Renovation
Pipe replacement, façades, roofing and full renovations of older buildings.
Kitchen & bathroom
Wet-room certified work, from layout and materials list to final surface inspection.
Property maintenance
Ongoing operations, inspection and upkeep for housing associations and property owners.
Project management
A single point of contact coordinating subcontractors, scheduling and permit applications.
Demolition
Controlled demolition of buildings and structures, including sorting and removal of demolition waste.
Asbestos remediation
Removal and safe disposal of asbestos-containing material, under a permit from the Swedish Work Environment Authority (Arbetsmiljöverket).
Drainage
Foundation drainage to protect against moisture and future water damage.

Process
Site visit & quote
A free site visit, measurements, and a written quote within a week.
Drawing & planning
Materials, scheduling and any required permits are worked out together with you.
Execution
Our own crew on site, regular check-ins, and a tidy work area every day.
Final inspection & warranty
A joint walkthrough and documentation. Warranty and complaint rights under the contract (ABS 18 or Hantverkarformuläret 17) and applicable law.
Service area
We work across the strait.
Based in Skåne, we take on projects across the whole Öresund region - on both sides of the strait when the project calls for it.
